Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wild Journey Tours, we value your trust and strive to make your travel experience seamless. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the process, timelines, and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled for safari bookings, accommodation, and tour services.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as per package terms) is received. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID once the booking is successfully completed.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at mail@wildjourneytours.com. The following cancellation charges will apply:

In rare circumstances, due to unavoidable reasons such as government restrictions, weather conditions, park closures, or safety concerns, we may have to cancel or reschedule a tour. In such cases, customers will be offered the following options:

Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time or location will be treated as a “no-show,” and no refund will be applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach the reporting point on time.

5. Modification and Rescheduling

Requests for changes in booking dates are subject to availability and park regulations. Any modifications made within 7 days of the scheduled date may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on booking conditions.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.

7. Government and Third-Party Charges

Safari permits, entry fees, or any government-imposed charges are non-refundable under any circumstances as they are controlled by the forest department or external authorities.

8. Force Majeure

Wild Journey Tours will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest. Refunds in such cases will be subject to our discretion and the policies of involved authorities.
